If You Want a Good Background for B-Law for Entrepreneurship,
This book was a very good starting point to figure out the legal side of entrepreneurship! I highly recommend it if you are looking to start a new venture.

This book was required as a supplement to another textbook for an Advanced Business Law course and though not thrilled about having to purchase two books for one course, I can really see the professor’s vision for this book. Our main text goes into each and every detail of business law and this book gives you the real world perspective of business law in motion. This is a well put together book and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn about business law from an easy to read, easy to follow point of view.

This is a very good textbook. Unlike most textbooks, I actually enjoyed reading it! It is great for anyone interested in the legal issues that arise with entrepreneurship. Awesome book, easy to read for the layperson, and filled with great examples and practical bits.
One thing; I’m not going to deduct a rating star for this, but I wish this textbook was available in an audiobook format. If anyone knows the publisher, please, make it happen! It’s a great book, and I’d love to have it on the go!
